Terms & Conditions

1. Our Philosophy: Human Imagination + AI Power

Welcome to aiTop100Songs.com. We are an audio hub dedicated to songwriters who use AI as a tool, not a shortcut. We do not host "one-click" low-effort productions. We are looking for masterpieces that reflect your vision, your lyrics, and your creative passion.

2. Strict Conditions of Entry

All submissions are subject to a multi-stage audit (this is not a reporting audit to any authority). By submitting your song, you agree to the following criteria:

• a) Originality & The DMA Officer: Every track is screened by our DMA (Digital Music Analysis) Officer. This AI program detects copyright infringement or exact reproductions of existing material.
• b) Technical Specifications: To ensure consistent volume and playback quality, songs must be submitted in .mp3 format. We recommend a sample rate of 48 kHz and a bitrate of 320 kbps to ensure a premium listening experience.
• c) Content Quality: Tracks must be free of slop audio, including high-pitched squealing, digital hiss, or offensive/hate-speech lyrics. If the DMA Officer flags content as suspicious, it will undergo a secondary human review.
• d) IP Protection: You may elect to have our Unique Audio Watermark embedded in your track. This digital slice is inaudible to humans but detectable by platforms to prove your intellectual property ownership.

3. The Audio Audit (Quality Control)

We prioritize the listener's ear. Our AI screens for the following "Ear-Piercing" technical flaws:

• Artifacting: Weird, metallic "underwater" noises.
• Aliasing: Harsh, discordant digital squeals.
• Resonant Peaks: Stabbing frequencies between 3,000Hz and 5,000Hz.
• Digital Hiss: High-frequency "brittleness" from low-quality generation.
• Tinny Audio: Lack of mid-range/bass that causes ear fatigue.

If your track fails the audit, you may dispute the result at admin@aitop100songs.com with the subject line: Audit Dispute [Artist + Song Title].

4. Chart Logic & Voting Fairness

The path to the Top 100 is simple: Votes and Likes.

• The Preview Button: Artists must provide a specific time-stamp for the "kicker" (the best part of the song). This ensures visitors can efficiently browse the chart.
• Bot Protection: We use advanced anti-bot scanning. Only one vote per song, per user is permitted.
• Cheating Policy: Any attempt to manipulate vote counts via bots or scripts will result in a Permanent Blacklist (Lifetime Ban) of your IP address and account.

5. Submission Slots

Slots are unlimited — we believe the price is the quality filter. If you're spending $19.99 on a slot, you had better be submitting a masterpiece.

• Initial Capacity: Your first 2 song slots are completely free.
• Slot 3: Unlock your 3rd slot for a one-time fee of $4.95 AUD via the Promotions page.
• Slot 4: Unlock your 4th slot for a one-time fee of $9.95 AUD.
• Slot 5 and beyond: Each additional slot costs a one-time fee of $19.95 AUD. There is no hard cap — slots are unlimited.
• Total Flexibility: You own your slots permanently. You may replace the song in any slot at any time — including purchased slots — at no extra cost. You are also free to edit your song's story, preview timestamp, and other metadata whenever you like.
• Hall of Fame Bonus: When your song achieves the title of Chart Champion and is inducted into the Hall of Fame, the slot it occupied becomes vacant and is converted back into a free slot.

6. Chart Champion & The Hall of Fame

The Chart Champion: Each month, the song that held the #1 spot for the longest cumulative time earns the title of Chart Champion — ultimate bragging rights on the quality AI music leaderboard.

Eligibility: The Chart Champion title is awarded once the Top 100 is full. Winners will be notified via email.

Hall of Fame: Once a song claims the Chart Champion title, it is moved to the Hall of Fame. This keeps the main chart fresh and places your masterpiece in our permanent "Honors" gallery for talent scouts.

7. Promotions & Visibility Tiers

You may purchase "Bump Credits" to increase visibility. Note: The Top 5 spots are strictly organic (Votes only); you cannot promote a song past #6.

8. Privacy & Ownership

Ownership: You retain the rights to your creation. You can request removal at any time by emailing admin@aitop100songs.com; we will remove the listing within 24 hours.

Data Privacy: We do not sell your data to third parties. Your information stays with us.

Safety: We are a "Fair Go" community. Be kind and respect the effort of fellow creators.

9. CAUTION: Security & Community Standards

Security Protocol: aiTop100Songs employs active protective elements, including real-time bot scanning and code-injection monitoring. Any attempt to manipulate site data, bypass voting restrictions, or inject malicious code will trigger an immediate system alert.

The Lifetime Ban: We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating. Confirmed attempts to manipulate the outcome of the charts will result in a Permanent Lifetime Ban. This includes the blocking of your IP address, profile aliases, and character credentials.

The "Fair Go" Spirit: This site is built on the Australian principle of a "Fair Go." We ask all visitors to be kind and supportive. Music is subjective; if a song doesn't appeal to you, remember that it may be a masterpiece to someone else. We respect the time, emotion, and hard work that every songwriter puts into their creation. Like all great music, some tracks may need a few listens to truly "grow" on you.

Feedback: We are a growing community. If you have ideas, suggestions, or feedback to help us improve the aiTop100Songs experience, we would love to hear from you at admin@aitop100songs.com.
